Discount Codes
We sometimes offer discount codes to our customers. If you have made a purchase before, it is possible for you to receive more than one discount or promotional code. However, it is not possible to use more than one discount code at the same time in one order.
Shipping Disclaimer
We use the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx to ship items out and provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order and know when to expect your package. Once your shipment has left our facility, you assume full responsibility for your package. Most international orders are shipped with DHL.
BossLamp.com will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen, when sent to an unsecure postal address or incorrect address.
For any missing packages that are marked as delivered by the postal service, please contact the postal service to inquire about the parcel.
