Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that every customer loves their BossLamp LED light products as much as we do, but we understand sometimes there can be an issue.

 

FAULTY ITEMS / WRONG ORDER RECEIVED

If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please do not return it to us directly; first, email us at bosslamp@proton.me with a description of the issue. Please attach photos of the item or items as received. 

Once it has been reviewed, we will email you a return label to complete your return.

Faulty/incorrect items returned to us within 30 days are replaced with the same item or store credit, or a refund if you prefer.

 

RETURNS

We offer free returns and a 30 day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Items you wish to return must be in new condition- unused with all original packaging. You will also need to provide us with your order number / proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a summary of the issue you are having. Please include a photo if there is a problem with the item you received.

Your return must meet these conditions:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Must be unused and in original condition with all the packaging
  • Can not be a Discontinued or Final Sale item or a gift card

Please send us a description of the issue and photos of the defect in your item (if any). If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label. Items sent back to us without requesting a return label beforehand will not be accepted. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will contact you with the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will automatically be sent to your original payment method.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges – but if you return an item we can offer you a store credit so you can purchase a new item. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS  

We do offer free returns. We will email you a prepaid shipping that label that you can print out.

Important: If your return does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back with shipping charges payable by you, the customer.
