Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that every customer loves their Boss Lamp LED light products as much as we do, but we understand sometimes there can be an issue.



If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please do not return it to us directly; first, email us at with a description of the issue. Please attach photos of the item or items as received. 

Once it has been reviewed, we will contact you with the next steps to complete your return.

Faulty/incorrect items returned to us within 14 days are replaced with the same item or store credit, or a refund if you prefer.



We offer a 14 day return policy, which gives you 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Items you wish to return must be in new condition- unused with all original packaging. You will also need to provide us with your order number / proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a summary of the issue you are having. Please include a photo if there is a problem with the item you received.

Your return must meet these conditions:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be unused and in original condition with all the packaging
  • Can not be a Discontinued or Final Sale item or a gift card

Please send us a description of the issue and photos of the defect in your item (if any). If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions to return the item. Items sent back to us without requesting a return beforehand will not be accepted. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will contact you with the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will automatically be sent to your original payment method.



We do not offer exchanges – but if you return an item we can offer you a store credit so you can purchase a new item. 



**We do not cover the postage charge for your return items. We recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. will not be held responsible for damages or lost return items. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, since we operate at low margins and we can’t increase prices to absorb the postage. We hope you understand.

Important: If your return does not meet the above requirements, it will be sent back with shipping charges payable by you, the customer.
